After approval, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy partner. The pharmacy reviews, fills, and ships the order. Your account shows each confirmed status update.

Yes. On a medication page, choose ‘I already have a prescription.’ PoeRx operations will request the active, signed prescription from your current pharmacy and verify an exact medication, strength, form, and quantity match before fulfillment. There is no PoeRx clinical-review fee for a transfer.

The care experience is designed around least-privilege access, encryption, audit logging, secure messaging, and strict limits on analytics and advertising technology.

A restricted safety workflow stops the commercial flow and provides protocol-approved next steps. A clinician can also require a live visit or recommend outside care.
